Greybird is a new theme that is working xubuntu team for 1210 and even that version is still in development and may prove, in fact I did on Debian and its derivatives such as Ubuntu, but the color black not like much, if you want to do is very simple.1 Download the theme and unzip it.
2 In the subdirectory / usr / share / themes do the following:
create the folder Greybird
within Greybird copy: backdrops, gtk-2.0, gtk-3.0, metacity-1, xfwm4 and index.theme
3 Let's Application Menu / Settings / Appearance and then choose Greybird
