How to Install Classic Menu in Ubuntu 11.10


Since the presence of Ubuntu 11.10, Canonical decided to eliminate Menu Classic from Ubuntu 11.10. Giving rise to adjustments to the use of the Classic Menu to Unity. For some ubuntu users, there is a difficulty in changing the menu. But do not panic first, we can use the Classic Menu Indicator application to bring back the classic menu in Ubuntu 11.10.

How to Install Classic Menu in Ubuntu 11.10? To do so, it can follow the steps below by typing the command in the terminal:




sudo add-apt-repository ppa:diesch/testing
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install classicmenu-indicator



After completing the above command, logout your ubuntu and login again.

The result will be as shown below:
